After graduating from Ivey Business, Colin started his career at Maclaren McCann earning his chops on packaged goods. Soon after he launched Megaphone Advertising which rose with the initial dot-com boom. He then joined forces with Groundzero – where today he is the agency principal and strategic lead.


Head of Creative
Trevor brings 31 years advertising experience. Every job title from junior copywriter to SVP, Chief Creative Officer. Every award in the book from employee of the week to Gold Cannes Lion. Strong strategic skills, outstanding creative instincts and eternally curious.


Head of Design
OCAD graduate in Communications and Design. MJ has 20+ years experience in graphic design. Started her career designing brands for building developments owned by the Reichmann family. In 2003, MJ launched an event design company and a decade later a brand identity boutique. She now leads all graphic design and brand work at Groundzero.


Web – UX Designer
Stephanie has over 6 years of experience in graphic and web design. She understands the perfect user experience should solve problems in a clean and fast way. A real can-do attitude is married with design and technical savvy.


Project Manager
Suzanne has spent the past 15 years as an Administrative Ninja. She’s a smooth office operator who manages projects, processes and people. She spends most of her free time biking, baking and bobbing in the Caribbean.
