William Osler Health System is the hospital network for Brampton Civic, Peel Memorial and Etobicoke General. They came to us with a vision to build a workplace brand. One that addresses the challenge every hospital is facing – staff recruitment & retention. Our planning found this compelling truth: Osler is a place where you grow. Our creative is uniquely Osler, bringing to life their brand identity with the many ways this is true. The campaign launch saw a 47% jump in applications from the web.
